The Legislative Council met at 2.30 p.m. The Hon. Dr. COLLINS gave notice to ask tho Government whether, seeing that there were GO cases of smallpox in Sydnoy, and that there was a forewarning of tho loathsome disease in our vicinity, the Government would consider the advisability of having all schoolchildren vaccinated.
