ULSTER AND HOME RULE.
Sir,— According to late cable news from Home, Mr. Dillon, 31 .P., is reported to have said that all the talk about the rising of Ulsteruien to arms if Home Rule was passed was mere bluff. 1 fear Mr. Dillon is unacquainted with the loyal spirit that is inbred in the breast of every Ulstereiian, and should file time arrive—and God forbid it does it. will i.-e found, when too late, not bluff, but stern realilv, and that the men of Ulster of to-dav are as ready to fight for their rights and liberties as their forefathers did in the past. 111 both New Zealand and Australia many hundred Ulstermen will be found ready and willing, if required, fo uphold the ancient traditions of Ulster, and light for (he union. "Sous of Ulster, shall we sever Bv the God, .above us, never 'Nealh the flag that' now floats over us We will live or die." , I am. etc.. CLOUGUANEEI.Y. June 20. 1913."
