Bulgaria has protested' to Servia and Greece against aggression, on the eve of a peaceful settlement. UNOFFICIAL HOSTILITIES. EXCITEMENT IN BELGRADE. Belgrade, June 30. There is great excitement here owing to the Bulgarians attacking the Servians at Ishtib, Retka, Zletovo, and Valandpva. Fighting is proceeding at all these points. The Servians declare that hostilities were begun without a declaration of war. M. Pasics, the Premier, speaking in the Skuptschina, staited that the Government's standpoint was that with the acceptance of arbitration Servia's interests would be safeguarded. The sitting was abruptly suspended owing to news of the Bulgarian attacks. Tho King presides at a Council to-day to deal with tho situation. / VARIOUS SKIRMISHES. •(Hec. July' 2, 0.45 a.m.) Sofia, June 30. lighting has been renewed ait Leftera. The Bulgarians drove out the .Greeks, and burnt Leftera before leaving. Belgrade, July 1. Bulgarans are fighting Servians and Greeks along a front of 140 miles. The latest report is to the eifect that the Bulgarians are attempting to seize TJskub and the Salonika railway, near Valandova. (Rec. July 2, 0.45 a.m.) Salonika, July 1. The Bulgarians, after dislodging the Greeks at Panghason, violated the neutral zone in'an endeavour to separate the Greek troops from the Servians. Tho Greek troops have been ordered to advance. Tho' Bulgarians defeated a Servian bat talion at Guevgheli, then occupied the town. They cut the railway and telegraph. A later message from Athens states the Bulgarians in Salonika did not comply with tho demand to surender their arms, and the Greeks opened fire. Surrender followed. Complete order in the town is now being maintained^ AN INDICTMENT. OE SERVIAN WAR PARTY. (Kec. July 2, 0.45 a.m.) Sofia, July 1. •The Bulgarian troops have been strictly enjoined to cease operations unless attacked. Bulgarian official circles accuse the Servian Military League or ordering tho recent aggressive attacks to prevent their Parliament from endorsing M. Pasic's policy. (Hec. July 2, 0.45 a.m.) Vienna, July 1. Both Austria and Rumania still anticipate a peaceful settlement of the Balkan crisis.' (Rec. July 2, 0.45 a.m.) Athens, July 1. Owing to the Bulgarians attacking the. whole Greek line without a declaration of war, tho Government has ordered the Bulgarian troops in Salonika to surrender their arms within an hour. Meanwhile both. Greece and Bulgaria are reciprocally. protesting against, aggression. King Constantino has Bet out for 'Salonika.
