TO-DAY'S DINNER.
[Specially Written for The Dominion.] TUESDAY. Carrot puree. Sausage* in batter. Potatoes. Spinach. Rico fritters. Stewed prunes. Cream. BICE FRITTERS. One cup of boiled rice, 1 cup of milk, 2 eggs, 2 tablespoonfuls of flour, a pinch of salt, flavouring if liked (such as nutmeg, lemon peel grated, or csseaices), and currants. Beat tho eggs and mix the Hour in with a little of the milk, and stir until smooth. Add the rest of the milk, rice, and currants (if used). Make a fryingpai, hot and put in about ljoz. of butter or good dripping. Drop in a tablespoonful of batter and fry until a nice golden brown on tho under side; then turn and cook the other side. Lift on to a piece of paper which should be placed on a hot plate. Keep in a hot placo until all the fritters are cooked, anil then sorvo with a cut lemon. FOR TO-MORROW, - Stock. Curry powder. ■ Rice. Leg of mutton. Carrots. Turnipi. Apples. Quarter of a pound of tapioca or 6ago soaked overnight. Defiance Butter. All Grocers*
