SUMMARY AND FORECAST. Present indications are for a change in weathor conditions shortly, increasing cloudiness and somewhat milder weather being probably followed by rain, towards the middle of the week, especially in the north. The barometer is now falling everywhere, and. freshening northerly winds will probably prevail everywhere soon. The barometer has continued high everywhere, with fair to cloudy weather' during the day, and cold and frosty nights. Tho winds have been variable and moderate, iand and Eea breezes predominating. D. Feathcreton, Juno 30.—Heavy frost, followed by fine, dear day. Masterton, Juno 30—Keen frost, followed by bright day. Wangantu, June 30.—Frosty morning, followed by bright sunny day.
