[Specially Written for Thb Dominion.] SATURDAY, Mutton Broth. Boiled Neck of Mutton and Caper Sauce. Mashed Potatoes. Carrots. Turnips. West Hiding Pudding". SUNDAY. Julienne Soup. Hoast Sirloin of Beef.' Horse-radish Saiioa. Baked Potatoes. Mashed' Parsnips. Dato Pudding. Sweet Melted Butter Cocoa Pudding. SUPPER. Cold Beef. Sheep's Tongues Mould, Salad. Sensational Pudding. Choeso Straws. WEST RIDING PUDDING. Six ounces flour, 3oz. sugar. 3oz. butter,2 ipggs, jam, 1 teaspoonful of bakingpowder, a little 6alt, 3 tablespoonfuls of milk. Croam tlio butter and sugar; add tho eggs (unbeaten) with tho milk. Boat well before adding flour and powder. Flavour •with a little essence. Put half tho mixture into a buttered piedish, then a layer of apricot jam, and then tho rest of tho mixfcuro. Bake about thre©quartora of an hour. Serve with arrowroot 6auce. Defiance Butter.
