o The New Zealand League Council has, says a Tress Association telegram from Auckland, been advised that tho New South Wales football team will reach Wellington on August 20. A sub-commit-tee has been appointed to arrange details. Tho life disqualification on C. Savoury, imposed by the Auckland League, has been, lifted by the New Zealand Council owing to insufficient evidence. . . The New Zealand touring team is duo at Wellington from Sydney on a Wednesday, and will play ■ Canterbury ait Christchurch on tho following Saturday.
