ME. BRYAN INTERESTED IN THEIR WELFARE. . By Telegraph—Prera Association-Copyright (Reo. June 27,. 9.40 p.m.) Washington, Juno 27. Mr. W. J. Bryan (Secretary of State) has instructed the American Legation at Panama to use efforts to secure a modification of the Panama law excluding Chinese. ■ . The State Department at Washington has assured the Panama Chinese that their interests will bo safeguarded.
