— S ■ SUMMARY AND FORECAST. Present indications ore for fair to cloudy weather generally, misty and foggy at times on the coasts, with variable winds of land and eea breezes generally. Tho barometer has had a slightly failing tendency, but little movement is indicated at present. A .change is, however, likely to take place abouit Monday night. Fair to cloudy weather has prevailed, with unsettled conditions at times in tho northern and southernmost parts, and on the East Coast districts.
