TO-DAY'S DINNER.
[Specially Written for The Dominion.] FRIDAY. Pea Soup. Bnkeil Stuffed Schnapper. Mashed Potatoes. Macaroni Cheese. American Pudding. Sweet-melted Butter. MACARONI CHEESE. Joz. butter, }oz. flour, J pint milk, 3oz. cheese, 4oz. macaroni, pepper, salt, and made mustard. Buy straight macaroni. Break it into pieces about one inch long,, and put into a saucepan half-full of boiling, salted water. Boil lintil tender, about one hour. Melt the butter in a saucepan, stir in tho flour, and add the milk. Stir until it boils, and boil for three minutes. Add pepper, salt, and mustard to taste. Urate the cheese, which should be as dry a one as possible. Grease a pie-dish, put layers of macaroui sauce and cheeso until the pie-dish is full. Put into a moderate oven, make thoroughly liot, and when brown on top, serve. FOR TO-MORROW. Neck of mutton. Capers. Carrots. Pastry, Jam. FOR SUNDAY. Stock. Sirloin of Beef. Parsnips. Dates. Cocoa.
