In tlio Supreme Court: yesterday, his Honour the Chief Justice. (Sir ltobert Stout) wns engaged hearing further evidence in the contract case—in which (he plaintiffs are J. and A. Wilson, contractors, of Wellington, and the defendant Charles James Stanton Hareourt, Imid and estato Agent, of Wellington. Mr. A. Gray, K.C., with D. S. Smith, appeared for J. and A. Wilson, while Mr. A. \\. IJtair appeared for the. defendant. The tearing was completed yesterday, and after counsel had addressed the Court, his Honour reserved decision*
