POLITICAL PLOTTERS EXECUTED. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Constantinople, June 24. Twelve of'the conspirators in'the plot to murder Shevkct Pasha have been hanged. PUBLIC EXECUTIONS. (Eec. June 25, 10.55 p.m.) Constantinople, Juno 25. The executions passed off very quietly. The scaffold was surrounded by a double cordon of troops. ' Two hundred spectators witnessed the executions. The condemned men met their death bravely, a few short speeches being made. Jlollalis and Dervishes preceded the condemned men to the gallows, intoning prayers for the dead. Each was placed in a coffin, woaring a white .overall, with a placard attached to the breast notifying the nature of thp crime. Crowds afterwards flocked to the Square to view the bodies.
