SUMMARY AND FORECAST. Present indications are for fair' to cloudy and somewhat milder weather shortly. The barometer is unsteady,- with a falling tendency everywhere. .Variable . wind 3 will probably give place to increasing northerlies everywhere shortly. The barometer has fallen considerably in the south, and fair'to cloudy, weather has prevailed. The southerly winds' havo moderated, and more variable directions are reported to-day. . D. C. BATES.
