It is recoinmended:— "Ist. That all clubs should take advantage of Part V, Rule i; empowering the appointment of a .committee 'to consider, all protests or objections. "2nd. That, particular care should be taken to prevent access to the weighing loom and jo'ckels l room by persons having .- no right to be there.. , "3rd. That in order to eschide_ undesirable persons -an.efficient detective be appointed to all race, meetings. ■ "4th. That no trainer or other assistant shall (unless with the express per-mission-of the stewards) attend any. horse at the start of a race for the purpose of helping such liorso to'get away. . i . •» "sth. • That as Part XXII, BuM 8/ clubs may provide books of, engagement forms to jockeys (such books being obtainable on application to. the conference office), jockeys be requested to jn'o r duco these books whenever disputes arise ,with regard to any engagement to ride. ,"6th.
