[Specially .Written for The Dohinion.] TUESDAY. Celery soup. Pickled pork. Potatoes. Parsnips. Jain rolypoly. CELERY SOUP. One bead of celery, 'two onions, one blade of mace, six wlnto peppercorns, ouo pint of milk, -ono pint of water or stock, Si SUoo tlio celery and onions, and put inlo tho saucepan with tho stock, mace, peppercorns, and suit. Cook very gently until tender, rub through a sieve, and return to tho saucepan. Add the milk, warmed, and bring to tho boil, and serve. (Two tablespoons of cream added aro atl improvement; add them just before serving, and do not let the eoup boil after the cream is in.) FOK TO-MORROW. Stock, white vegetables, one pound and a kvlf of steak, suet, stewing prunes. Defiance Butter. All Grocers*
