RAILWAY PORTER SCALDED,
Invcrcargill, Juno 20. Walter Charles Gleed, a railway porter, was filling foot-warmers from a rat of boiling water wlien his fool slipped, and one of his legs was very badly scalded up to the inee. Gleed was removed to the hospital. WATERSIDE WORKER INJURED. Alexander Bailie, while working in tlio hold of ft vessel at the Bluff, was injured by a case which slipped out of a sling niul fell on him. He was removed to tlio hospital. His injuries are not regarded as serious. Against 'Accidents and Sickness insure with the Ocean Accident and Guarantee Corporation, Ltd., 117 and 121 Customhoeso Quay, Wellington.—Advt.
