EUROPEAN BOYCOTT FEARED. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Washington, June 19. Mr. W. J. Bryan (United States Secretary of State) has appealed to the German Ambaosador to induce Germans to participate in the Panama Exposition. Mr. Bryan is apprehensive that European nations are likely to boycott the Exposition because of irritation over tho Panama tolls question, and also the discrimination likely to be inserted in tho new tariff legislation.
