SUPREME COURT SESSIONS.

(By Helegraph.—Press Association.) Now Plymouth, June 19. At tho Supreme Court to-day Henry Francis Smith was charged with indecent assault. The jury brought in a verdict of common assault, and sentence was deferred till Monday. Charles Pearce and Alan Brown wero charged with breaking and entering at Stratford. Brown was discharged, but Pearco was convicted and ordered to como up for sentenco on Monday.
