The Sofia correspondent of tlio' newspaper "Neue Freie Presse" states that Bulgaria will not send a representative to St. Petersburg, but will wait five days longer. If Scrvia then has not acquiesced in regard to arbitration on. the basis of tho treaty, the situation will bo extremely critical. Athens, June 18. The Premiers of Servia, Grecco, and Montenegro havo accepted Russia's invitation to procecd to St. Petersburg. GREBES AND BULGARS. Sofia, Juno 18.
