Advices from El Paso report that massacres and outrages in Northern Mexico continue. The Federal forces had arranged, for the dispatch of women and children by rail through the rebel lines. Federal troops then filled the train, intending to attack the rebels, but the latter captured the train, executed thirty prisoners in revenge, and killed many others in the fight.
