ACCORDING TO MR, ROOSEVELT. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Boston, June 17. At the Bunker Hill celebration, Mr. Roosevelt, in a speech, said "he favoured a big Navy, The United States would never consent/to arbitration on questions of national honour or vital national interest. "Uncle Sam will never consent to arbitrate any slap in the face, and in a last resort the Navy is Uncle Sam's punch," said Mr. Roosevelt.
