THE Creditors of tho above-named Company ore required, 011 or before tho 28th day of July, 1913, to send their names and addresses, mid the particulars of their Debts or Claims, and tho names and addresses of their Solicitors (if any) to JOHN GIFFORD RESTELL, of Auckland, Public Accountant, P.O. Box SO4, the Liquidator of tho said Company, and, if so required by notice in v.'nhn;; from the said Liquidator, are by their Solicitors to come in and provo their said Debts or Claims -it the ofiice of the said Liquidator at No. 12 Swanson Street Auckland, at such time as shall be specified in such notice, or ill default thereof they will bo excluded from the benefit of any distribution made liefore such Debts arc proved.
