COMMISSION TO REPORT. _ ' By Association—Copyright (Rec. June 17, 10.10 p.m.) Ottawa, June 17. The Canadian Government is considering tho formation of a commission of international scope, with the object of controlling Atlantic freight rates. This question was ventilated in Parliament, -when it was asserted that an Atlantic pool had been steadily increasi ing the freight rates.
