Constantinople, June 15. Those arrested as being implicated in tho assassination of Shevket Pasha include Danish. Bey (an ex-Minister of tho Interior), Hamid Effendi (President of tho Court of Justice), and Hera Ismal, and Hakki Pasha (Opposition Leaders). Samue} Effendi declares that Topal Teivfik confessed himself tho principal assassin, adding that it was his bullets that had killed Shevket Pasha. Muneb Dey and Kiamil Pasha's son have been arrested for being concerned, in the murder of Shevket Pasha. Lieutenant Hilmi has succumbed to his injuries. BRITISH MINISTER PROTESTS. : Constantinople, June 15. Renter reports that the British Minister has protested to the Porte against the violation of a Briton's domicile at Pora.' He describes it as an infraction of treaties, inasmuch as the Consular assistance had not been obtained.
