4 SUMMARY AND FORECAST. Present indications are for unsettled and cloudy weather, and rain probable generally. Strong and SQually westerly winds, especially in Cook and Foveaux Straits. The baTometer is unsteady, rising temporarily in the south, but falling everywhere again shortly.
