Lord Desborougli, chairman of tho Imperial Air Fleet Committee, appeals for .£IO,OOO to enable tho presentation to each Oversea Dominion of au aeroplane as tho nucleus of an air fleet. Ho adds that tho Now Zealand Government's appreciation of the committee's gift has been a great encouragement.
