SUMMARY AND FORECAST.

Present Indications are for moderate to strong easterly winds northward of Hokltikni and Kaikonra, and northerly winds elsewhere. Oloudy and unsettled weather with rain northward of East Oape and liawhia, and fair to cloudy weather generally,' but foggy at times on the coasts.' Barometer now unsteady, with a falling tendency. Unsettled and cloudy weather has contiwued in the. northern and East Ooaet districts of tho North Island, and cold and changeable, weather elsewhere.
