The Court made an order that the subscription money bo invested in the Public Trust Office, and that the Public Trusteo should pay thereout the yearly instalments duo on tho agreement. Tho widow it! to have the use of tli© property until the completioh of tho purchase, when it is to be transferred to her with any balance of tho subscription fund. In the event of her death lrcfore tho completion of the purchase, the fund and property is to bo held by Hie Public Trusteo in trust tor the infant children of the deceased.
