MEETING OF LOCAL CONTROL. Mr. J. B. Patoii presided over the weekly meeting of the Avcllmgiou I'Dotuall Association last evening. A letter was received from the secretary of tho Utago F.A., stating that the Otagu representatives would leave Dunedin on June 19, and should arrive at Weiimgtou on Juuo 21). Duncan, hon. treasurer, in the courso of a letter, complained, that tho Wellington E.A. was not represented at a recent meeting of tho New Zealand Football Council. Tho writer stated that considering that so much "Brown Shield matter" was discussed at the meeting, Wellington's delegates should have attended. He gave notice of motion as loilows:—"That tha appointment of the delegates representing the AV.F.A. on tne N.Z.F.A. bo cancelled." ...... . u After discussion, it was dccided that the delegates in question be asked to furnish- an explanation. Mr. AVilliams, one of the delegates, stated that he had not been notified of tho meeting.
