HARRIERS.
Tho Central Harriers held their weekly run yesterday, from Lyall Bay. DeputyCaptain Duck had charge rf the pack, and a courso was taken alon"; the beach and over the sandhills towards Miramar. Part of the course by over (he ground to bo traversed during next week's race, a:ul opportunity was taken by some of the runners to get in some fast work in preparation for the coming contest. About two hundred yards from home the ustia handicap run-in held, snd resulted in a. dead-lieat between C. 11. Duck and D. AV. Rutledge, with E. Aldridge next. The men afterwards sat down to tea as the guests of Mr. G. A. Scott. Next Amlnes'lay the three-mile sealed handicap, which will talco place.from AVorsar Bay, will bo held. Satisfactory entries have been received.
