SET-BACK ON 'CHANGE. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Eec. June 11, 0.20 a.m.) London, Juno 10. A get-back has occurred on the Stock Exchange owing to further liquidations of high-class stocks. Tho Balkan situation, coupled with tho German money famine, has depressed the London, Paris, Berlin, and St. Petersburg Exchanges. The Paris banks arc withholding many loans until the summer recess'is over.
