QUEEN'S DRIVE ALTERATIONS. Yesterday the Compensation Court concluded the hearing of evidence in tho action in which John James Boyd clanned ,£2OOO as compensation from the Wellington City Corporation for alleged depreciation (through the alteration 'of Jdie street) of land and six houses in pari. 01 Queen's Drive which was formerly known as Childers Terrace. . . His Honour Mr. Justice Sim presided, and the assessors were Mr. William I'erguson (for the corporation), and Mr. A. jj. Wilson (for Boyd). _ • .. Sir John Findlav, with him Mr. D. M.
