Bindita robbed the passengers of a motor omnibus at Plock, Poland, and took steamer to Warsaw, where detectives awaited and captured two, who were looked in a storehouse while the detectives Mrested a third. When the storehouse was reopened to admit the third the bandits fired Browning pistols, killing fivo polioe and others. ' ' The bandits then escaped.
