During the month of May tho Talisman Consolidated crushed and trented 4370 tons of ore for a yield of bullion valued at £20 264 10s. 6d. Tho costs for the pa-st month were 41s. 3d., mndc up os_ follow:— Mono development, 125.: mining, 14s. 7d.; milling, 12s. lid.; general, Is. 9<l. The manager has sent to London the following cablegram"No. 14 level, south, drive from 1211 ft. to 1222 ft.. reef 36 inches wide, assays low; from 1222 ft. to 1259ft-., reef 42 inches wide, assay valuo £5 7s 6i. Tnbuters paid for ore crushed, £73."
