CANADIAN TRANSPORT SYSTEM ' RECOMMENDED. By Telegraph-Press Association-Copyright Melbourne, June 7. The interim report of tho Commission inquiring into the question of wheat handling Tecommends bulk handling on tho Canadian system, by which it is estimated, a penny per bushel would bo saved. The Commissioners state that the evidence showed that an under-current of despair is often indignantly expressed concerning the exactions of tho present system. Farmers know that they do not got a "square deal" along the lino of tho wheat's progress to bakeries.
