LIBERALS ACCUSED OF SCREENING MINISTERS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Oopyrißht "London, .Ttino 5. At the Marconi Inquiry, evidence was given on behalf of Sir. Fenuer, a stockbroker, to the effect hhat Lord Murray of Eiibank (lalo Chief Government Whip, and Parliamentary Secretary to tho Treasury, 1910-1912) purchased 'on April 18 2500 American Marconi shares at £'J 55., in addition to those ho had purchased through Sir Rufus Isaacs (1000). This statement caused a sensation. It was further stated that Lord Murray later purchased 500 shares at .£2 Bs. 9d. Mr. Leopold Amcry (Unionist member for Birmingham) aroused a stormy scono by accusing tho Liberals of endeavouring to screen tho Ministers.
