' TO MOTORISTS. For some time past certain owners of 7 h.p. Motor Cycles have stated the capacity of their cycle with side-cars attached. On Saturday last a number of motor cyclists were Invited to make a trial over the stiffest hill routes surrounding Wellington. Of theso only three side-car' combinations submitted to the test, consisting of one 8 h.p. and two G h.p. machines. AH others, amongst them riders of motor cycles without side-cars especially being remarkable for thc-ir absence. ()ne of the competitors was Mi. Grimmett, a private oitner, of the Lambton Tea Rooms, with Mr. Boucher as passenger. Mr, Grimmett's machine was a G li"p. A.J.S. combination, and it proved undoubtedly to be the finest, climber and an ideal side-car motor pycle.
