REPORT OF THE WEEK. There has been no very; material change in produco prices this week, in comparison with those reported last Saturday. Tho consignment of lemons from Kiatea, ex Talune, arrived on Wednesday in fair condition only. Some samples were clean and sound, but others proved to be.juite useless. Tho fruit shipments from. Melbourne and Sydney consisted of passion fruit, pineapples, queen pines, mandarins, and lemons. All of these lines met with a strong demand. A consignment of Fiji bananas arrived last evening, and will be sold under the hammer to-day. Vegetables, especially cabbages, are in good supply." The prices for cabbages declined slightly towards the week-end. Other lines lield their values. Yesterday's approximate values were as follow:—Fruit—Grapes (largo local), Is. and Is. 3d. bunch; queen pines, 10s. to 14s. caso; pineapples, Bs. Gd. to 10s. case; mandarins 13s. to 15s. gin case, 6s. 6d. halfgin; passion fruit, Bs. to 12s. quartercase; lemons (Mildura), 13s. to 15s. case; apples— dessert, Jonathan 6s. to Bs., Sturmers ss. to Gs.
