The Great Northern Steeplechase meeting concluded to-day in fine weatlier. Tho course was in good order and tho attendance was iarge. Speculation was again brisk, the totalisator handling as agaiust .£27,576 10s. for tho correspondiiig day last year. Tho total l'or tho meeting was ,£102,932 10s., as against ,£83,049 10s. last year.
