[Bpwially Written for The Dominion.] FIiIDAY. Pea Soup. Baked Stuffed Fish. Potatoes. Cauliflower. Steamed Fig Pudding. FIG rUDDING. Half-pound figs, Ooz. breadcrumbs, halfpint milk, 2 eggs, 3oz. butter, io?.. flour, small teaspoonful baking powder, ioz, sugnr, grated nutmeg. Sift flour and baking powder, rub-in tho butter, add all dry ingredients, chop figs finely, simmer them in milk very gently for ten minutes, then allow it to become quito coolj beat the eggs well; add to tho figs the milk; havo dry ingredients well mixed together; add moirt- ingredients', mil well, and pour into a greased mould; cover with greased paper and steam two hours; servo with fig 6auce or'sweet melted butter. FOB TO-MORROW. Stock. Vegetables. 21b. Chops. Suet. Stock. One Ox Tail. Ono Sucking Pig. Apples. Stuffing. Asparagus. Pastry. Dsfianoe Butter. All Qrooers.'
