Vienna, June 5. Riotous scenes have occurred in the Chamber of Deputies. Insults were hurled at Dr. Lukacs (the Premier), and the Parliamentary Guards were summoned to remove the Oppositionists. During the uproar the Captain of tho Guardsi struck a "Kossuthite" Deputy with his sword. The Deputy was removed from the Chamber, bleeding. The sitting was suspended.
