SUMMARY AND FORECAST. Present indications are for strong northerly winds, changine b.v west to increasing eoutherlies. Unsettled and cloudy weather with rain nrobable generally, and much colder conditions followftie. The barometer has a, falling tendency, but will probably riso everywhere tomorrow. The barometer has fallon everywhere, and freshening northerlics aud westerly winds now prevail.
