He intimated, that ho intended to establish an agricultural board composed of Government nominees and representatives appointed by agricultural societies of both islands. .Until that timo tho site Of tho collego would not be fixed. The functions of tho board would bo to advise tho Minister of Agriculture on all matters of importance. In the past this frreat industry Jiad not Tcceived sufficient attention, and ho was only ablo to give two or three hours a week to the business ,which was not enough, and which required special Ministerial attention.
