KARORI RIFLE CLUB.

REUNION & PRIZES. The Karori Defence Riflo Club held their annual "social" and dinner at Godber's rooms in Cuba Street last evening. There was a largo gathering of members, and a fair number of guests. Deputy-President W. Judd occupied the chair. Among other guests, the following wore present: Colonel Collins, Major Ilalpin, Captains Mabin, Roache, and Wilkinson, and Mr. L. Blundcll. , After dinner several toasts were honoured. Theso included: "The King," "Tlio Dominion Rillo Association" (replied to by Colonel Collins), "Donors of Trophies," and "Kindred Rifle Clubs." Colonel Collins then presented tlio various club trophies. The following is tlio list:— Club championship, won by J. C. Low, who was presented with a gold medai, President Marshall's Cup, and tlio Pea re e Shield, which ho holds fpr twelve months.

Second in tho championship, President 11. Marshall, who was presented with a club" tropliy. Third in the championship, E. O. Lc-wer, winning Mr. W. 11. Field's trophy. First series mntches, won by J. Faulkner, who wins tho Mills trophy. Second series, won by .T. C. Low, who was presented with Mr. Blundell's trophy. The long-range 'aggregate was won by President Marshall-—'W. Nidd's rropliy. J. J. C'assells won a club trophy for the. long-range handicap aggregate, and 11. V. Croxton for the short-range aggregate holds the Johnston Cup for twelve months, and wins outright Mr. Harold Plimmcr's trophy. Tin C.A.C. Cup, which was won by the lCarori Club in 1012, and has now been put up for club competition, wa>_won by President Marshall, who also wins outlight a miniature silver cup. A number of musical items were contributed by Major Ilalpin. Captains Wilkinson and Mabin, and Riflemen ITalhdav, Burns, Wells, M'Laughlin, Nicoll, and Hilliker at the piano.
