[Bpeoially Written for The Dominion.] THURSDAY. Soup Jardiniere. Curry, and Bice. Leeks. Potatoes. Boiled Apple Pudding. CURRY AND BICE. lib. mixed, cooked meat, 1 apple, dripping, IJoz. flour, 1 tablespoon curry powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon sugar, i teaspoon mustard, J pint water. Peel onion and apple, and cut up hncly; melt the dripping in a saucepan, and mako it very hot; fry the apple and onion, add the curry powder, flour, salt, sugar, and mustard; add the water, and stir till it boils; take off tlio lire, and add the meat. Allow to simmer Jof an hour; servo with ft border of boiled rice, and garnish with slicos of lemon. FOR TO-MORROW. Stock Ealf pint peas (soaked overnight). Ono schnapper. Figs. Defianoe Butter. All arnoers.'
