TWO BALKAN PREMIERS MEET.

Pasics, Premier 'of Servia, and M: Gueshoff, Premier of Bulgaria, have had a cordial conference. It was suggested that Servia would bo willing to demobilise if Bulgaria would do likewise. M. Gueshoff did not commit himself to an acceptance of a revision of the treaty. M. Posies then suggested economic convention, strengthened by military convention later. Tho general belief is that the danger of a conflict has been removed. Vienna, June 3. The meeting of tho Balkan Premiers is welcomed here, though it is doubted whether they will havo the respective military parties sufficiently in hand to arrange a tolerable modus vivendi. .Military feeling in Servia bitterly resents tho treatment received by that State sinco the fall of Adrianople. STATE. PREMIERS TO MEET. PROBABLY AT ST. PETEESBUEG. London, June 2. M. Pasics (Servia) and If. 'Gueshoff (Bulgaria) have recommended that the four allied States' Premiers should meet and endeavour to settle the questions in dispute between tho Allies. Sofia, Juno 2. It is stated that the Premiers of Bulgaria, Servia, Greece, and Montenegro will mcot at St. Petersburg.
