FORECAST AND SUMMARY. Present Indications are for northerly and westerly winds, stronjj to a heavy gale. Boisterous weather, with heavy rain, jg probable generally, enow on hisrher levels in tho south, and' rivers risinc in, most parts of tho country. Tho barometer has a falltne tendency everywhere. Fair to cloudy weather was experienced on Saturday and Sunday, hut has been succeeded by gloomy- and wet weather nearly everywhere, with increasing northerly winds.
