Preparations for the National Dairy Show aro now well forward, and numerous entries are beinjr received b.y the secretary in anticipation of closing date, Thursday. .Tnno 5. As. is usual at tho Pnlmerston shows, entries are' being received from all. parts of the. Dominion, and.the poultry divisions will bo particularlv strain? this year. The access attending the last efforts in tins division was so gratifying that the committee is confident in its assertion that the Crystal Palace show of the Dominion is "mil? to have its home in Palmerston North. The demand for space has again exceeded the supply voir considerably, (and it seems as if the association will a?am nave to extend the coveml-in accommodation.
