OTAKI NOTES.
The members of tho Otaki Church of England Guild met at Mrs. J. G. Stevens's rosidence on Thursday for,tho purpose of making a presentation to Mrs. (Rev.) ; Smith, who is leaving the district shortly. After eulogistic reference had been made, Mrs. Smith was handed a present in tho form of hair-brushe's.(sot in New Zealand • wood) with combs to match. Tho recipient fcolingly responded.
