The match is to be played in Invercargill. A presentation was made at the Oriental gymnasium on Monday night, the recipient being J. Murphy, who has been transferred to Gisborne. "Fred Roberts, in making the presentation, spoke of Mr. Murphy's long connection with the club where he has been playing hooker in the senior team, and of the esteem in which he is held by his club-mates. •He predicted that his future, as far as football is concerned, would be a bright one.
